Cancellation Policy
Last updated 23 Sep 2026
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Once a ticket order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
2. Cancellation During Checkout
If you abandon the checkout process before completing payment, any reserved tickets will be automatically released after the checkout hold period (typically 15 minutes) and no charges will apply.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer:
- All ticket holders will be notified via email and/or SMS.
- Full refunds including service fees will be processed automatically.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- No action is required from ticket holders; refunds are initiated automatically.
4. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled to a different date or time:
- Existing tickets remain valid for the new date.
- Customers who cannot attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
- Venue changes may also qualify for a refund request if the new location is significantly different.
5. Venue or Lineup Changes
Minor changes to event lineups, supporting acts, or venue layout do not qualify for cancellation or refund. Major changes (e.g., headliner cancellation) are handled on a case-by-case basis by the event organizer.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies), cancellation and refund policies will be communicated on a per-event basis in accordance with applicable regulations.
