1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MYPASS.PK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MYPASS.PK is an online event ticketing platform that facilitates the purchase and sale of tickets for live events including concerts, festivals, sports events, and other entertainment activities across Pakistan.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to provide personal information to complete a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable service fees unless stated otherwise. A confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent upon successful payment.

5. Payment

We accept payments through approved payment gateways including JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. Payment must be completed within the checkout hold period or the reservation will expire.

6. QR Code Tickets

Each ticket is issued with a unique QR code. This QR code serves as your entry pass and must be presented at the venue. Do not share your QR code with others. Duplicate or fraudulent QR codes will be rejected at entry.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, or interfere with the proper working of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MYPASS.PK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

MYPASS.PK acts as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket buyers. We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, or safety of events. Our liability is limited to the face value of tickets purchased through our Platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
